Broccoli, Egg and Cheese Souffle

A puffy and light souffle that works perfect as a main course or a side dish.
- 24 oz cottage cheese
- 6 beaten eggs
- 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
- 10 frozen cooked and drained broccoli
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients in casserole dish.
- Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour. (Or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.)
